SolarPowerAlley

SolarPowerAlley is a free app created by a collaborative team of highly qualified educators, professional graphic designers and animators, software engineers, and support staff to provide ongoing educational entertainment using sports to provide meaningful STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) content with gamification.  The objective of the team is to light the spark that enriches the lives of users of all ages and abilities, especially youth who can discover and expand upon their interests at the natural confluence of sports and STEM.

Users of all ages can enjoy SolarPowerAlley, though the target demographic is youth.  Our team of highly qualified educators wrote each content item, our graphic design and animation team then animated each, which is followed by a series of multiple-choice quiz-like questions.  Users earn points for each correct answer. They can redeem points earned to outfit and equip their bobble head-like avatars and compare their results with others in various competitions.  

SolarPowerAlley allows users of all ages to explore how interconnected sports are with STEM via content created by highly qualified educators, animated by a team of Emmy Award™ winning graphic designers, and developed by leaders in user friendly software. Content is designed to be completed during breaks in live sporting events, followed by a series of multiple-choice questions. Additional competitions will be introduced as well.
